Welcome to TaLio Story ("TaLio Story," "we," "our," or "us"), a service operated by Tailo.fun Ltd.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when parents or legal guardians use the TaLio Story platform and related services (the "Service").

The Service is intended for use by adults acting on behalf of children. Children are not expected to independently understand or consent to this Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

A. Parent Account Information

If you use Apple "Hide My Email," we treat the relay email address like any other email address.

• generated images
• generated narration/audio

Some themes may relate to emotional situations such as:

• fear of the dark
• sibling transitions

We do not treat this information as medical or health information, and the Service is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

C. Generated Content

When using the Service, AI-generated content may be created, including:

• stories
• illustrations
• narration audio
• titles
• companion descriptions
• character descriptions

A child's first name may appear:

• inside generated story text; and
• inside narration audio files.

D. Anonymous / Guest Usage

Certain features may allow story generation before account registration or before consent flows are completed.

In these cases:

• limited information may still be sent to our AI providers;
• processing may occur using an anonymous or temporary identifier.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and operate the Service;
• generate stories, images, and narration;
• personalize experiences;
• store and retrieve content;
• improve product performance;
• monitor reliability and security;
• respond to support requests;
• comply with legal obligations;

4. AI Providers & Third-Party Processing

TaLio Story uses third-party AI providers to generate content.

OpenAI

We use OpenAI services for:

• story generation;
• narration/text-to-speech generation.

Information sent may include:

• child first name;
• age range;
• selected themes;
• story preferences;
• generated story text.

Generated story text may contain the child's first name.

Replicate

We use Replicate for AI image generation.

Information sent may include:

• illustration prompts;
• companion descriptions;
• visual characteristics;
• thematic selections.

We generally do not intentionally send the child's raw first name to image-generation providers unless necessary for generation quality.

Additional Providers

We may use additional service providers in the future, including:

• email delivery providers;
• analytics providers;
• payment processors;
• infrastructure providers.

5. International Data Transfers

TaLio Story operates internationally.

Data may be processed or transferred between jurisdictions including:

• Israel
• European Union countries
• United States

Our infrastructure currently includes:

• Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure
• AI providers operating in the United States

As part of providing the Service, personal information may be transferred outside the user's country of residence, including to the United States.

Where required, we rely on contractual and organizational safeguards intended to support lawful transfers.

6. Children's Privacy

TaLio Story is intended to be used by parents or legal guardians.

We rely on parental consent for the collection and processing of children's information.

Parents may:

• review child information;
• request deletion;
• request export of stored data;
• contact us regarding privacy concerns.

We do not knowingly allow children to independently create accounts.

We do not knowingly sell children's data or use behavioral advertising targeted at children.

7. Marketing Communications

Parents may optionally choose to receive:

• product announcements;
• future offers;
• newsletters.

Marketing preferences may be stored even if marketing communications are not yet active.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain account and generated content until:

• the parent deletes content;
• the account is deleted; or
• retention is no longer necessary for operational or legal purposes.

Currently, TaLio Story does not apply an automatic expiration period to stories or generated media.

9. Account Deletion & Data Export

Parents may request deletion of their account and associated content.

Deletion is generally immediate and irreversible.

Deletion may include removal of:

• account records;
• child profiles;
• generated stories;
• generated images;
• narration files;
• exports.

Certain limited records may temporarily remain in backups, logs, or third-party provider systems.

Deletion from TaLio Story systems does not necessarily remove information already processed by third-party AI providers according to their own operational policies.

Data exports may be provided in JSON or similar machine-readable formats.

Temporary download links may expire automatically.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including:

• authenticated access controls;
• cloud infrastructure protections;
• storage access rules;
• encrypted network communications.

However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Stories, illustrations, and narration are generated using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may:

• contain inaccuracies;
• produce unexpected outputs;
• include culturally insensitive or unintended content;
• occasionally generate incorrect names or wording.

Parents are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with children.

12. Non-Medical Disclaimer

TaLio Story is intended solely for entertainment, storytelling, and imaginative play.

The Service:

• does not provide medical advice;
• does not provide psychological counseling;
• does not provide therapy or treatment;
• is not a healthcare service.

No generated content should be relied upon as professional advice or clinical guidance.

If you have concerns regarding a child's mental health, emotional wellbeing, or development, please consult a qualified professional.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

TaLio Story does not sell personal information.
